Account and Registration

Account opening on mekar starts with email registration. You provide a username, email address, password, and mobile number. We send a verification code to your email; enter it to confirm your address. Next, we send an SMS code to your mobile number for verification. Once both are confirmed, your account is active. To access all features, including deposits and withdrawals, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading a copy of your government-issued ID and a residential address document (utility bill or bank statement). This typically resolves within one business day. After KYC approval, you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer.

During initial registration, you provide a username (3–20 characters), your email address, a password (at least 8 characters with mixed case and numbers), and your mobile number. We use the email for account verification and support communication. The mobile number receives SMS codes for two-factor authentication and withdrawal confirmations. During KYC, you provide your full legal name, date of birth, and government ID number (KTP for Indonesian residents). You also upload scanned copies of your ID and a proof of residential address dated within the last three months. This information is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with our privacy policy.

We at mekar provide account control through your account settings menu. You can change your password at any time via the security tab. You can update your email address and mobile number, though email changes require re-verification. You may view your transaction history and account balance in real-time. You can request account closure via support; this is processed within 24 hours and prevents any future access. We also allow you to log out of all active sessions to terminate login tokens on other devices. Payments and Transactions

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. If you request a withdrawal before 3 PM on a business day, processing typically begins the same day. E-wallet withdrawals (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle to your account within two to four hours after approval. Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle within one to two business days depending on the bank's processing schedule. Weekend and public holiday requests (such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) are queued and processed on the next business day. You can track your withdrawal status in your account history. Promotion codes are entered during account registration or in the promotions tab of your mekar account. During sign-up, after you confirm your email and mobile number, the registration form includes a "Promotion code" field. Paste or type the code provided and select "Apply." The promotion is credited to your account once KYC verification is complete. If you miss entering a code during registration, visit the promotions section in your account menu and select "Redeem code." Codes are case-sensitive and may have expiry dates or usage limits.
